McCormick Bakery & Chocolate Factory is the passion project of Myriam Osorio McCormick, a trained chef and chocolatier who honed her craft in Buenos Aires before returning to her hometown of Tegucigalda, Honduras. Named in honour of her grandmother — whose love of cooking and family hospitality shaped Myriam's culinary philosophy — the company is built on the belief that great food is an act of care. McCormick sources four metric tonnes of Honduran cacao annually through fair trade co-ops, directly supporting local farming communities and sustainable livelihoods across Latin America. Since showcasing their work at the 2017 Salon du Chocolat in Paris, the brand has been quietly putting Honduran chocolate on the world map — one handcrafted piece at a time.
