Tender and vibrant, these young greens stand in a category of their own. Often mistaken for sprouts, microgreens are harvested slightly later and include only the stem and leaves, rather than the entire plant. Fresh, flavorful, and nutrient-dense, they’re an easy way to add more goodness to everyday meals.

Our wholesale 10” × 20” fresh trays include 8 squares of live microgreens (8” × 6” each), designed to be grown and harvested fresh on site. Each tray comes with live growing microgreens in their medium, a water-retention tray, and care instructions. With proper care at ambient room temperature, average shelf life is 2–3 weeks.

• Each delivery requires a minimum of 1 full tray (8 microgreen squares). You can choose any mix of varieties, as long as the total equals 8 squares per tray (or multiples of 8).
• You may add, remove, or change varieties in your tray.
• Please place new orders at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Changes to an upcoming delivery should be made no later than 2 weeks before the delivery date.
• For urgent or last-minute changes, contact The Farmer’s Alliance as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but availability isn’t guaranteed.
