Grown at 4,500 feet in the highlands of Copán, Honduras, Café Medrano is a smooth, small-batch coffee with rich chocolate and caramel notes. This shade-grown Arabica is cultivated without pesticides on family-owned land that spans four generations and 150 acres.

The beans are washed and naturally dried on raised beds inside solar hoop houses; an old-world method that enhances flavor while respecting the environment. Directly sourced from the Medrano family’s own farms, this coffee offers an elevated, high-altitude profile that’s both bold and beautifully balanced.

Cafe Medrano is a family coffee brand that produces and sources arabica, single-origin coffee beans from the highlands of Copan, Honduras. The coffee is shade grown and organically processed, with NO pesticides, to produce optimum flavor, aroma, and taste. Each batch is sundried on elevated beds, ensuring a natural drying process that preserves the potency of aroma in every coffee bean. The coffee is then exported to the United States/Washington, DC area, where it is roasted in Baltimore, MD and Manassas, VA by two certified USDA coffee roasters. Cafe Medrano operates out of Kensington, MD, where the coffee is packaged, ground, and labeled for distribution both locally and nationally.
